being properly matched with a relevant vacancy and fully briefed on the
nature of the role and the company behind it. Only then, when a candidate
has given their full permission, will a client see a CV.

We will spend time and
effort helping and guiding both candidate and client through the interview
process. Ensuring mutually agreeable times and dates are achieved and that
all parties arrive in a calm and confident mood, sure that they are fully
prepared and that they have all the necessary information and documentation
with them. After all, "failing to plan is just planning to fail".
Once the interview is over,
we will make sure that communications lines are kept open and that all
parties are aware of each others thoughts and decisions as soon as they
available.
We will assist in the
negotiation of all salaries/benefits packages or contract rates, using our
extensive knowledge to ensure it's a "win, win" situation for client and
candidate.
Once terms are agreed, we
will stay in contact with all parties until "start day", making sure there
are no hiccups with Contracts, references etc.
After "start day", we will
remain in regular contact with our contractors and clients to ensure all is
running well.
Permanent candidates are
also not forgotten after they start. Where the client or the candidate
requires it, we remain fully available to permanent candidates who feel the
need to contact us.
All in all, we know we
provide a service to all that is, beyond doubt open, honest, professional
and efficient and of a quality that is second to none.
